Can A Closing Date Be Moved ?

March 6, 2019 by Rick Landuyt Leave a Comment

Q: can an expected funding day be forward to an earlier date?

A: I assume you mean ‘funding day’ is the day of closing (closing escrow). The moving up up any dates previously agreed upon in a purchase agreement (contract) can be ‘moved up’ with all the parties agreeing on the new date, in writing.
