Short Sale Bait & Switch

May 31, 2019 by Rick Landuyt Leave a Comment

Q: we purchased a short sale home in fl. It was to have all the appliances stay. We have pics of them. The owner removed them and replaced with old ones. Home was listed as being sold with new appliances. Can we do anything above this?

A: Without serial numbers and specific description there is nothing that can be done. I would consult an attorney if it is that important. The listing said appliances. It did not specify that they would be the ones that were in the home.
