Take Possession Back Of Rental Property

May 15, 2019 by Rick Landuyt Leave a Comment

Q: I have a condo which I rent out and the tenant is on a month to month lease, but has lived in the condo for 3 years. How much notice do I need to give them to take back possession of my condo?

A: What does your lease or rental agreement state? It is what you have in writing that counts the most or the State legal guidelines – look over / check into both & you will find your answer.
