June 5, 2019 by Rick Landuyt Leave a Comment

Q: What are the tenants rights when a the bank Foreclosures on the property?

A: Tenants rights are the same as regular sale. My current experience is that the tenant has 30 days to vacate. In some cases the bank will offer some type of relocation assistance to avoid eviction.
